GROUND ZERO WALKING TOUR

In addition to our “celebrity-themed” tours for which we are known, Rich & Famous Tours offers this serious excursion to the scene of the tragedy of Sept. 11, 2001. See Ground Zero UP CLOSE with an expert, licensed New York City guide.

Pay your respects -- see where this terrible event in modern history happened, and see the hopeful signs of rebuilding as the neighborhood begins to bustle again!

Meet your guide at a convenient Times Square location & ride the subway downtown together to begin the tour.

On the Ground Zero Tour you will:

• View the World Trade Center 16 acre site -- from all angles...upstairs, downstairs, above and all 4 sides

• Walk in the only remaining section of the World Trade Center!

• St. Paul's Chapel -- the Chapel that stood while the towers fell & where George Washington worshipped

• Walk the streets that were filled with debris and hear about the incredible cleanup job

• See the perfect CROSS made of steel beams found in the WTC wreckage of Tower 1 & blessed.

• See the FIRST of the new World Trade Center towers -- already up and occupied--5 more to go!

What is not included?

A MetroCard good for travelling downtown together (and returning) on the New York City subway system. Each ride is $2.00 per person. It is recommended that each tour participant already have a MetroCard. Also, refreshments during the break are NOT included.

Meeting place: W. 49th St. & Rockefeller Plaza near the TODAY show
Tour times: selected mornings and afternoons (check schedule)
Tour duration: 3 hours; Meeting convenient Times Square location, group riding subway together downtown to begin tour.
Price: $25 adults, $15 kids (5-12)
